This will be zucchini caviar for the winter without frying using mayonnaise.

In addition, you need: zucchini 2 kg, carrots 1 kg, spices, tomato sauce 0.5 l, sugar 3 tbsp. spoons, vinegar, onions.

Cut the onion, main ingredient and carrots into medium cubes and mince or blender.

Preparation: The multicooker holds about 4.5 liters. Vegetables shrink during cooking, so they all fit in the container.

First, pour boiling water over the tomatoes so that you can peel them off. Now you need to chop onions and vegetables. We set the "baking" mode and fry the onion a little until its transparent color. Now you can add carrots and stew them a little.

Now add the diced zucchini. Do not forget about the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes, after which we send them to the rest of the vegetables.

Add tomato paste after the tomatoes and mix well.

Now it remains to wait until the zucchini paste is completely cooked. After that, it needs to be cooled and chopped with a blender. After that, it can be rolled up in a glass container.

If you're making a vegetable snack for kids, you don't need to add tomato paste to it. An appetizer in a slow cooker turns out to be quite tender and very tasty, and most importantly - low-calorie.
