  1. Mix one glass of honey with 1.5 glasses of ripe cranberries.
  2. Add a third of a cup of crushed garlic.
  3. Stir and refrigerate.

For colds

To prevent the throat from being too sweet, you can drink it with warm water. So use the cranberry-honey drink until the sore throat disappears.

From cough

When coughing, there are several recipes for a mixture of cranberries and honey that will be effective. The most popular recipe is with the addition of horseradish. Helps even if the cough has become severe up to bronchitis:

  1. Grate frozen horseradish on a fine grater.
  2. Add cranberries, chopped until smooth.
  3. Add honey.
  4. Day to insist.

  • 5 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 100 g of cranberries;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 4 heads of garlic.

Chop and mix the garlic, cranberries and lemon without a crust. Then add honey and pour into a 3 liter bottle. Pour the remaining space with warm water. Keep in a cold place for three days. Then strain and pour into jars. Drink 100 ml on an empty stomach about 1 hour before breakfast.

For the liver

The cranberry honey recipe also helps cleanse the liver. To do this, grind a pitted lemon in a meat grinder, but with a skin. Then add a pound of cranberries and a head of minced garlic. Mix the ingredients and add 350 g of honey. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for a day. Take enough 20 g 2 times a day for a month.


But there are factors for which some patients are not recommended to take the cranberry-honey mixture. Even such a useful product has its own contraindications. These include:

  1. Diabetes.
  2. Intolerance and allergic reaction to honey, cranberries or additional ingredients.
  3. Ulcer in any part of the gastrointestinal tract.
  4. Acidic gastritis.
  5. Pathological liver problems.
  6. Children under three years of age.
  7. Thin tooth enamel.
